Search a contract-clause library, retrieve relevant clauses and highlight risk topics such as payment, LD, termination and indemnity.
How?
The project loads the bundled synthetic CSV, applies a transparent baseline analytical method, and presents outputs in a Streamlit interface. The purpose is to teach the workflow before a user substitutes authorized real data.
Contract note: Outputs are research/triage aids, not legal conclusions. Verify the executed contract, records, schedule causation and applicable law.
How to run it
- Download the project ZIP.
- Extract it.
- Install Python 3.
- Open Command Prompt/Terminal in the extracted folder.
- Run
pip install -r requirements.txt. - Run
streamlit run app.py. - Open the local URL displayed by Streamlit.
