Compare role competency requirements with available skills and recommend training priorities without ranking people for employment decisions.
How?
The project loads the bundled synthetic CSV, applies a transparent baseline analytical method, and presents outputs in a Streamlit interface. The purpose is to teach the workflow before a user substitutes authorized real data.
Responsible-use note: This tutorial supports workforce planning/training analysis only. Do not use it to automate consequential employment decisions about individuals.
How to run it
- Download the project ZIP.
- Extract it.
- Install Python 3.
- Open Command Prompt/Terminal in the extracted folder.
- Run
pip install -r requirements.txt. - Run
streamlit run app.py. - Open the local URL displayed by Streamlit.
